This is our StadtFarm fish.

Our African Catfish (Clarias gariepinus) is a fish with migration background, but feels comfortable with us. The original distribution area was Central Africa, therefore it prefers warm water temperatures of 28°C. We work according to the principle of recycling management and use in our city farm the coupling of modern aquaculture and vegetable cultivation, the so-called AquaTerraPonic – resource efficient and sustainable. Every Catfish product can be traced back to its origin without any gaps.
