Seasonal calendar for November

Winter is just around the corner and slowly the last berries and grapes are harvested. Now is the time for robust autumn vegetables like pumpkin, turnips or cabbage. In the local orchard you can still find quinces, pears and apples. You don’t have to do without fresh salads even in November.
In addition to the typical winter salads such as lamb’s lettuce and endive, colorful salads such as radiccio add color to your plate.

Seasonal calendar for November

In our farm store you will find seasonal fruit and vegetables all year round. We attach importance to sustainability and short distances. Therefore you will find fresh vegetables and salads from our own cultivation or from our local partners in Berlin and Brandenburg. Our farm store in Herzberge is open for you from Monday to Saturday. You can find our fresh products in Rummelsburg on Friday from 12 – 6 pm.
